No refunds on digital content

Kerala PSC Prep is a digital product. On successful payment, your account is immediately granted access to 1,000+ full mock tests, score tracking, and all premium features for 2 years. Because this content is delivered to your account in full at the moment of activation, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Try before you pay

We strongly encourage all users to evaluate the site using the extensive free content before purchasing Premium. The following are all accessible without payment:

17 Previous Year Papers (2015–2024) with answer keys and explanations
20 Study Notes covering the full PSC syllabus
15 Daily Practice Quizzes (no sign-in required)
100+ Topic Quizzes (sign-in required, free)

These are more than enough to judge whether the content quality meets your needs before spending ₹500.

Exceptions

A refund will be considered only in the following situations:

Double payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same account, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
Payment without activation: If you paid but premium was not activated within 24 hours despite providing your payment details to our support team.
Unauthorised charge: If a payment was made from your account without your authorisation (subject to verification).

For any of the above, email [email protected] with your transaction ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
