Common questions
Do I get anything extra if I pay?
No. Every mock, quiz, note, current-affairs digest and the dashboard are free for any signed-in user. Paying is purely a thank-you — you'll just get a small "Supporter" tag against your account.
Is it one-time or recurring?
One-time. No auto-renewal, no subscription, no card-on-file.
Hidden — legacy "How long is Premium valid?"
Premium access is valid for 2 years from the date of activation. This comfortably covers 2–3 full PSC exam cycles. No auto-renewal — after 2 years you can choose to renew at the then-current price.
What happens after 2 years?
Your login, score history and all free content (study notes, previous year papers, login-tier quizzes) remain accessible forever. Only the premium mock tests become locked unless you renew. Renewal is optional and not automatic.
What if I already paid but can't access?
Email us at [email protected] with your UPI transaction ID. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.
What is the refund policy?
Premium is a one-time digital purchase, so payments are non-refundable once activated. We recommend you take several free quizzes and review the sample questions + PYPs (all freely available without payment) before buying. If your account was wrongly charged or not activated within 24 hours, email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes — and we encourage it. All 18 previous year papers, 285 study notes, daily practice quizzes, and 4,500+ Topic Quizzes are free. Sign in to save your scores. Only the 1,200+ full mock tests are premium-gated.
Do I need Premium to use the site?
No. Study notes, previous year papers, and many quizzes are accessible without Premium. Premium unlocks the full-length mock tests that simulate real exam conditions.
